Having played together for many years under various guises, Jenny Oliver (bass, vocals), Mike Smith (guitar, vocals), and Pete Smith (drums, vocals) present their first project as a trio: LUCY LEAVE. After several months of improvising, writing, and rehearsing, they emerged in April 2015 with a collection of noisy, psychedelic, punky pop songs. For just over a year, LUCY LEAVE have been launching their sounds towards a mostly unsuspecting Oxford crowd who speak of a ‘rawness’ of sound that is ‘almost bohemian in its punkness’. When they’re not playing music, LUCY LEAVE enjoy listening to music.
